Role

  • Writing efficient code and document it as per the design specification of module / component.
  • Deploying components and/ or applications using multiple technologies
  • Participate in complete life-cycle of software development.
  • Debugging and portability of Java applications.
  • Unit Testing, debugging and maintaining code in one's own development environment
  • Assist analysts and/or designers in gathering user’s requirements.

Job Description

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Identify and escalate priority issues as per client specifications.
  • Documenting all calls accurately with regards to Customer queries.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems & guiding them through corrective steps.
