Job Description

  • Responsible towards identifying, nurturing and expanding NovelVox’s partner base
  • Leading partner planning process to achieve revenue
  • Expanding partner mindshare towards NV’s solutions and offerings
  • Orchestrating and driving collaboration amongst NV’s partners towards building a sustainable partner ecosystem
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Tech-Sales, Implementation and support teams to deliver high customer satisfaction
  • Be the face for the client and build long term relationships
  • Manage senior stakeholders with our customer and Partner community.
  • Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with regional peers, sales operations, partner management, and product marketing to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for understanding the Partner ecosystem within the territory and creating value for each partner.
  • Responsible for demand generation across all channels, strategizing growth of existing key accounts

Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years Experience in the IT industry in strategic partner management
  • Full-time MBA degree is preferred
