- Responsible towards identifying, nurturing and expanding NovelVox’s partner base
- Leading partner planning process to achieve revenue
- Expanding partner mindshare towards NV’s solutions and offerings
- Orchestrating and driving collaboration amongst NV’s partners towards building a sustainable partner ecosystem
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Tech-Sales, Implementation and support teams to deliver high customer satisfaction
- Be the face for the client and build long term relationships
- Manage senior stakeholders with our customer and Partner community.
- Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with regional peers, sales operations, partner management, and product marketing to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Responsible for understanding the Partner ecosystem within the territory and creating value for each partner.
- Responsible for demand generation across all channels, strategizing growth of existing key accounts
Experience and Qualification
- Minimum 5 years Experience in the IT industry in strategic partner management
- Full-time MBA degree is preferred
